Oh no! We ship around the 21st of the month, so boxes typically arrive within 2-3 working days for the UK and usually 5-12 working days for international deliveries. Delivery may be slower during Christmas, and when circumstances have changed beyond our control such as national holidays, postal strikes or natural disasters.
Think your box has gone missing? Please check the tracking information provided in the dispatch notification for your parcel, typically sent on or around the 21st of the month to the email linked to your Happy Bunny Club account.
