Why was my subscription renewed?

All of our plans renew automatically every month, 6 months, or 12 months depending on your chosen plan. This means your bunny will never miss a box! We try to make this clear on the site, but sometimes it gets missed. 

You can cancel your subscription anytime. You can either login to your account or email us at [e-mail]  and we'll be happy to help. You will still receive any boxes already paid for, but will not be re-billed again.
